G2000 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy for Malaysian Members
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the g2000 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g2000 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced within.
To use g2000's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the minimum legal age under applicable local laws;
- A valid Malaysian citizen or resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a location where its use is permitted by law;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not appearing on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by g2000 from time to time.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the g2000 platform and must cease access immediately.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account within the g2000 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved, including forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and any other requested details. g2000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with its know-your-customer policy.
You are fully responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a g2000 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:
- Not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or other applicable laws;
- Not attempting to access other users' accounts, server systems, or any unauthorised data;
- Not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised means to exploit the system or games;
- Not spreading false, misleading, or reputation-damaging information about g2000 or other users;
- Not engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or manipulation of the payment or game systems;
- Not opening an account on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account;
- Ensuring that all information provided to g2000 is truthful and accurate at all times.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the g2000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, DuitNow, and major Malaysian online banking services.
Deposit: The minimum deposit is as specified on the platform and is subject to change from time to time. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment confirmation has been successfully processed. g2000 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures. Withdrawal limits vary depending on your account's VIP tier. g2000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements and validity periods stated in their respective bonus terms. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the stipulated conditions.
G2000 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals where there is a suspected fraud or terms violation under investigation.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, g2000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The g2000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and g2000 makes no warranties regarding its reliability or uninterrupted availability.
Account Suspension & Closure
G2000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or any other reason deemed necessary. Accounts closed due to serious violations are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g2000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of g2000 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from g2000.
Third-Party Links
The g2000 platform may contain references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. g2000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
G2000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The date of the most recent update will be indicated at the top of this document.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the g2000 platform shall be resolved through channels designated by management, and where necessary, through processes provided under applicable law.
